Cookie Policy
When you use certain Sites, we use standard automated data collection tools such as Cookies, Web Beacons, and other anonymous identifiers for the purposes described below.
“Cookies” are small text files that are placed on your hard drive by a web server when you access our Sites. Cookies may either be first party cookies (placed by us) or third party cookies (placed by third parties), and there are a few different types (described in the table below).
“Web beacons” (also known as web bugs, pixel tags or clear GIFs) are tiny graphics with a unique identifier that may be included on our Sites for several purposes, including to deliver or communicate with cookies, to track and measure the performance of our Sites and to monitor how many visitors view our Sites. Unlike cookies, which are stored on the user’s hard drive, web beacons are typically embedded invisibly on web pages (or in an e-mail).
What kind of cookies do you use and what do they do?
The following is a non-exhaustive but representative list of the cookies we may use:
| Cookie Group | Purpose | Services |

Cookies in this category are always set by our Sites and not by third-party domains. | Sites only |
| Analytics cookies | These cookies are used to collect information about how you use our Sites. The cookies collect information in an anonymous form about your activity on our Sites including the pages you visit and the webpage that referred you to our Sites. Cookies in this category may be set by our Sites or third-party domains. | Sites only |
| 3rd-party tracking cookies | These cookies are used to collect information about how you use our Sites and what keywords you used to arrive at our Sites, which websites you have visited, as well as the way you reached our Sites. We use this information to compile reports, to help us improve our Sites, and generally to tailor our offerings to you. These cookies may be set either by our Sites or third-party domains. | Sites only |
| 3rd-party integration cookies | These cookies are used to integrate third-party functionality in our sites, such as social media icons that allow you to share our content. Cookies in this category may be set by third parties and include, without limitation, cookies set by the following third parties: Google, LinkedIn, and Salesforce. | Sites only |
| Marketing & CRM cookies | These cookies are used by our marketing and customer relationship management platforms to track campaign performance, manage leads, and personalize communications. This includes cookies set by Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud. | Sites only |
What services do we use and what data do they collect?
We use the following third-party services that may set cookies or collect information about how you use our Sites:
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. Google Analytics uses cookies to help PhoenixAI analyze how users use our Sites. Information generated by these cookies (including your IP address) may be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this data on behalf of PhoenixAI for the purpose of evaluating your use of our Sites and compiling reports on activity and internet usage. You can opt out of Google Analytics data collection by installing the browser plug-in available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. For more information, see Google’s cookie policy.
LinkedIn Insights
We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, provided by LinkedIn Corporation, to collect data about visits to our Sites from LinkedIn members. This enables us to track conversions, retarget website visitors, and gain insights about members who interact with our ads. Data collected through LinkedIn Insights is encrypted, anonymized within seven days, and deleted within 90 days. LinkedIn does not share personal data with PhoenixAI, but does provide aggregate demographic reports and ad performance data. For more information, see LinkedIn’s privacy policy.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
We use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to manage and deliver marketing communications. Salesforce Marketing Cloud may set cookies to track email engagement, website visits, and campaign performance. This data helps us understand how recipients interact with our communications and improve the relevance of our marketing. For more information, see Salesforce’s privacy policy.
Salesforce Sales Cloud
We use Salesforce Sales Cloud as our customer relationship management platform. Salesforce Sales Cloud may use cookies and tracking technologies to manage lead and customer records associated with your interactions with our Sites. Data collected is used to facilitate sales processes and customer communications. For more information, see Salesforce’s privacy policy.
What control do I have over tracking and cookies?
When you visit our Sites, depending on where you are located, we may show you a notice which tells you how and why we use certain cookies and provide you with the ability to opt out of certain cookie use (other than technical cookies necessary to provide our Sites). If you continue to use the Sites after you are presented with this notice, you consent to this use.
Although most browsers automatically accept cookies, you can change your browser options to stop automatically accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting cookies. Please note, however, that if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to access all portions or features of our Sites.
You can prevent Google’s collection and use of Google Analytics data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
