Company announcement

CelerData is now
PhoenixAI.

Same company, same team, same commitment to you — sharper focus on what we’ve always been building toward: the analytical database for the age of AI agents.

Why we’re rebranding

This change reflects how our business has grown, our technology has sharpened, and the speed at which high-performance data infrastructure for AI is moving. We wanted a name that matched where we’re headed, not just where we’ve been.

AI agents are reshaping what analytical databases need to do. They don’t wait for batch jobs. They query live data, reason across multiple sources simultaneously, and act in milliseconds. The infrastructure that served dashboards can’t serve machines at that speed. PhoenixAI is built specifically for that workload.

The name PhoenixAI reflects both our ambition and our architecture — a platform purpose-built to rise to the demands of the agentic AI era.

What’s changing

Our name, logo, and website are now PhoenixAI at phoenixdata.ai
You’ll see our new name and logo on invoices, documents, and communications
We may use “formerly CelerData” alongside our new name during the transition to maintain continuity

What’s not changing

Your contracts, pricing, and support remain exactly the same. This is a brand evolution, not a business change. Your agreement with us continues without interruption. The team you work with stays the same. The product you rely on gets sharper.

All existing contract terms and pricing are unchanged
Your account team and support contacts remain the same
Product capabilities, SLAs, and security certifications are unaffected
Your data stays exactly where it is — nothing moves

What’s ahead

We’re building the analytical database that agentic AI actually needs — sub-second SQL on live enterprise data, at the concurrency and freshness that autonomous agents demand. The companies choosing their AI data infrastructure now will own a compounding advantage over the next decade. We’re building for that future.

If you’d like to talk through what this means for your team — or hear directly about the ways PhoenixAI is building for the agentic AI era — reach out to your account representative or contact us here.
